Brief History

We moved to Huntersville, North Carolina in June of 1999. We love this area and hope to remain here for a lot longer. I'll list a few of the milestones since our move and go into detail with some of them later.

• Clara graduated High School in June of 2004
• Megan graduated High School in June 2006
• We brought Mae home from China in January 2007
• Clara got married in June 2007
• Clara graduated College in December 2007
• Pamela graduated High School in June 2008

We've also had some amazing vacations. We've visited many mountain towns, stayed in cabins, camped, hiked, etc... We also vacationed in Myrtle Beach, Charleston, and the Outer Banks. We started a tradition of going on a 7 night cruise each year one of the girls graduated from High School. A few of the highlights from the cruises include, snorkeling in Cozumel, Costa Maya, Belize, St. Thomas and Grand cayman. Cave tubing in Belize, climbing Dunns River Falls in Jamaica, zip line adventure in St. Marteen, many many more! The cruises are wonderful for family time. I wouldn't trade that time as a family for anything, especially now that the girls are older and starting their adult lives. It has become much more difficult to get everyone together at once!
