Fantasy Cruise- August 2011

We got a great deal on a Carnival Fantasy cruise from Charleston, SC, so we went! It was a nice trip right before Mae started Kindergarten. Mae is watching the ship leave port from her cabin.

Our first port was Nassua. Since we've been to Nassua several times, we decided to stay on the ship and enjoy the water park while most people were onshore. It was awesome!

Our seconf port was Half Moon Cay (cruise lines private island). It's one of our favorites!

Mark and Mae getting ready to head to the snorkel area. There is a rocky area where there has been some objects sunk trying to make a reef. Lots of fish to see, but not much else yet. Mae had a blast!

Next stop.....Grand Turk! Another favorite of ours!

We rented a jeep again, showed Grandma around the island (island is only 7 1/2 miles by 1 1/2 miles) and searched for our private secluded beach we found when we were in Grand Turk in May.

We found our beach and lots of great shells! We were the only ones there for about 3 hours!

Mark and Mae off snorkeling again. This time they saw coral, lots of fish, an octopus and a sting ray. We have some video that I will try to post later.

Back on the ship for two relaxing days at sea...
