Third Egg Hunt!

This egg hunt was held at Latta Plantation. This is a large riverside park, with historical buildings, beautiful nature trails, boat docks and rentals, horse stables and the Carolina Raptor Center.
The first thing Mae wanted to do was get a tattoo. Guess she is following in her sister's footsteps!
Her first tattoo!
She enjoyed making a little magnetic lamb. Love that "camera smile"!
Waiting for the egg hunt to start. The next few pictures are of us enjoying the beautiful day after the egg hunt.

Mae's Second Egg Hunt!

Mae went on four Easter egg hunts this year.
The first one was at Author Squad. This was her second one. It was help at the Mallard Creek Recreation Center. Despite her bad allergies that day, she had a good time!
She had to inspect each egg before she would pick it up. It had to be clean and there couldn't be a bug in site or she would not put it in her basket.
Candy break!
Mae wasn't to sure about the "big bunny" :-)
After the egg hunt, we all went inside for a snack and a trip to the treasure box!

We rode in the back of the truck and fed the animals. The girls had a blast!
Grandma got in on the action!
Fun at home!
Mae would much rather be outside then inside. The weather was beautiful this weekend.
